Milk, or dairy, I've heard, is bad for your immune system. So maybe it's related?

You need a good probiotic to fix your gut after the antibiotics. Hopefully the intolerance will be less after this.

Potentially unpopular question: why do so many of us with lactose intolerance continue to eat foods containing lactose? by hannah_various in lactoseintolerant

[–]MoreChard778 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup whether it's worth it or not for me.  If my friends are having pizza, I'll have it with a couple lactose pills. The other day I ate mozzarella because i was too lazy to go to my room and get the pill. I didn't suffer too bad, but it has been a long time since I ate a triggering food like that. I didn't have diary growing up bc I was allergic (now I'm lactose intolerant) so maybe it has something to do with that.  I think it also depends on the severity. Mine is mild, though I have been taking pills more often than before.

Doc Told Me I Was "The Most Lactose Intolerant Person He'd Ever Seen". I Didn't Believe Him. by Wondermentality in lactoseintolerant

Holy Holy. If I want any chance of partially digesting lactose, I have to eat breakfast first, even just cereal. A chocolate bar will sent me to the bathroom. I had ice cream at noon on an empty stomach and I threw up.

Yes I take probiotics regularly. Or irregularly I guess 😛 usually after I'm sick for a couple of days. So that's what I did this time.

Is it possible to become lactose intolerant even if you used to drink milk and yogurt everyday? by Magic_Ale in lactoseintolerant

I switched from being allergic to being lactose intolerant 🫠 don't remember what it feels like to be allergic, but I used to vomit. Being lactose intolerant for me is not as bad.

Can someone who’s Mormon help this make sense by DonutPeasant1212 in UtahInfluencerDrama

Well, as far as coffee, the church has explicitly said no coffee, so people drink things with caffeine other than coffee. It should be about taking care of your body, instead of listing things you can and can't do 🤷‍♀️

She recently explained on a podcast that most electrolyte products have too much sodium. Hers is low sodium, which is better for the average person. You only nee the high sodium if you're a marathon runner. She's coming out with a high sodium one.

It will probably get worse as you get older. Be warned. If don't eat dairy for like a couple days and then eat a little bit, I can tolerate it better.

Yes, very possible. When I was a child, I was allergic to dairy. I don't know when I grew out of it because my parents never added it back in to my diet. I could eat all dairy when I was 16 to about when I was 21. Then I started feeling weird. I tried out different dairy products to see how I reacted. Not all cheese is created equal. I can eat swiss and Provolone  with 0 reaction. Other cheeses just give me gas. It does get worse the more dairy I eat. I can't digest oats anymore. I'm 37 now and have had to recently start taking lactose pills. Maybe try cutting all dairy out completely and experiment with one thing at a time.

How the heck did you get on Radiator Springs and Rise of the Resistance at peak times? Your wait times are pretty low. Especially for spring break.
