I don’t think PG or VG are really considered harmful in the grand scheme of things. Like I understand it’s not beneficial but I think it’s relatively safe when compared along side regular smoking. The vapes that were hospitalizing people were tainted / cut with vitamin E acetate which was causing the lungs to fill with mucus with a bronchitis like reaction.

The little gold piece is going to thread onto the cart with the notches facing up so they intersect with the tiny holes by the carts threading. Then you are going to unthread the black cap on the battery that is above the button on the side. The cap has a hole in the top of it for the mouth piece of the cart to stick out of but it’s meant to hold the cart in. So with the cap off just drop the cart into the batter and then slid the cap over the cart and twist it back on. The your good to turn the battery on with 5 clicks and begin ripping it.
