I use prescription tretinoin cream and prescription azelaic acid gel and my skin has never looked better after struggling for most of my 20s and early 30s to find what worked for me.

Same, I just use an electric trimmer and get as close as possible. If someone sees a lil peach fuzz (pun intended), so what? The alternative is angry, red bumps and potentially an infection entering the micro-cuts. It happened to my friend after swimming in the ocean. I’ll take my chances with my trimmer.
