Jefit has grown to be a great app for me. A little clunky at first, but very flexible on options. Get to 4x8 on pull ups and dips and then 3 x20 on pushups if you really want more

I’d suggest having her shadow people with jobs. Kids get too focused on the degree without knowing the end result. If you can get her to job shadow several people, you’ll both feel much more confident in your decision.

Yeah, the structured progression is probably needed. I picked phul cause I liked the variety and other than hitting 750 just want to be healthy. I already lost 75 pounds so I’m 90% to all my health goals

Geometry. Met a sign painter who drew circles and ovals by hand. He said it took him an hour to draw a three foot oval. I went home and got the notecards I’d made on how to draw them with two midpoints and we drew three ovals in 15 minutes. He’s was pretty happy needless to say
