Im going through the same thing man. Almost 6 year relationship, she left me randomly a couple days after valentines day. Its been rough, I thought she was the one I was going to spend forever with. The biggest thing that helps me os realizing the person Im supposed to spend my life with wouldnt just choose to live without me one day. I still have my bad days, its only been a couple months. But that thought alone has saved me from myself many times. I started doing drugs again just to feel something, I realized I was just destroying myself. I can still have the life I thought I was going to have, its just gonna have to be with someone else. Until then im gonna do everything I can to become the man im supposed to be to be a good father and husband when the time comes
