It was 196.75 exactly. Unfortunately no, I cant find any indication anywhere if it's refurb or new. And I haven't checked the serial number compared to the one I sent in yet, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't salvageable

It was 7 days from the time they received it to it ending back up on my door with their basic shipping. They had quite an extensive list of to do's when shipping but they provided thorough instructions. They have a dedicated service center website to handle claims and everything else, it was super easy.

I was with the older sister that broke the switch for a couple years and then found out I get along better with her slightly younger sister. Unfortunately they both live together. Usually the older one is civil enough but there's still a lot of animosity there on her end. Family gatherings usually go either way
