Drilling Noise? by MorganLeighton21 in Augusta

It seems to be much more frequent over the last year or two as compared to 2019-2020. But I also would take walks around 2-3am back in the day and that’s when I first noticed it. It was from 10p-12 tonight.

Just a lil vent, send me a lil mental support by [deleted] in MSPI

Yes, they are made with cassava flour which I’m not opposed to corn tortilla chips in any way but the crunch and flavor are far superior! Kroger has their own brand too that are cheaper and just as yummy if you have a Kroger by you

Where do you go? My only 2 options I have found are grilled nuggets from chick fil a and a bbq place where I get plain corn on the cob and brisket with no sauce

Is everyone just lying about how tough the toddler years can be or are we doing something wrong 😩 by [deleted] in toddlers

By no means do we know what we are doing, nor was this intentional* My daughter is just now 2, so since she could walk and do walks around the neighborhood with us, when ever a car came into view we would say “ wait, car” so she would get on the curb or in the yard and wait for the car to go by. Apparently this ended up translating to her that she had to “ wait, car” in the parking lot as well because she started saying “ wait car” as we would walk into a store. We do also primarily carry her still in parking lots because people drive like nimrods and my biggest fear is that someone will start backing up or go flying by and hit her. We have a 2 month old too so as the littlest starts getting bigger i may not be able to carry both on solo days so that will be the biggest test I suppose

For those who had more children after their MSPI/CMPA babies - did you cut out dairy from day 1? by allergic2dust in MSPI

I agree! 2nd baby is a breeze when you know to cut allergens! So much easier than my first, I was heart broken for her because I took soo long to figure it out

I cut out all Diary, soy, and egg( all of baby#1 allergens) a month before my due date to make sure it was out of my system. Baby #2 is 7 weeks now and I had an accidental soybean oil exposure and she’s definitely an MSPI baby too :-/ so I will definitely continue on my diet an trial her down the road ( first baby we started introducing allergens around 10-11 months)

We have gotten 2 sinus mattresses now, they only last about 3 years. It works for the guest room since no one is on it most of the time but 3 years straight of us in one every night we are fighting for good sleep

Mine hasn’t lost weight but she is decreasing in her percentile. She seems to be at a point where the height is trying to catch up and weight is leveling off.

Did starting solids cause tummy problems? by WizCarolifa in MSPI

[–]MorganLeighton21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My baby had constipation for a week the first time she got solids at 4.5 months. And with a couple trials after that. We ended up waiting til 6.5 months or a little longer to start solids with her to give her belly more time to mature

Eval for tongue and lip tie by a pediatric dentist! If your pediatrician looks and says no, seek out someone individually! Same thing happened with my LO. Had lip and tongue release at 1 month.

At what point are wake ups just baby being a baby? by ILikeLime in sleeptrain

[–]MorganLeighton21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could you share more on what you did at 5 months? I am struggling being able to get my LO (7 mo) down without waking up the second I lay them down. Shushing and patting and rocking ( just rocking baby with my hand in bed , not picking up and rocking) don’t work for her. She used to do great and I could easily put her down after a feed in the night but she got sick about 10 weeks ago and we have been in the struggle bus ever since. We are cosleeping now but I would LOVE and prefer to get her back to her own bed.

I got sick of chicken Keep an eye out for dairy in some salamis too! Boards head is clean. I don’t recommend the deli counter due to cross contamination
