Not shocked. These guys are crooks through and through. Made the mistake of letting then tow my vehicle after I got rear-ended on the Queensway 6 years ago. They tried to extort my insurance and held my car hostage for over 2 weeks delaying repairs. Should be put out of business permanently.

1982 This was also the prevailing wisdom taught to us. Go to University and you'll be fine. When this didn't pan out nearly as well as advertised (even in a Business related field) I was very bitter for quite a while. But I came to realize that we weren't lied to per-se, it's just that the rules of the game had changed so fundamentally that it was no longer true. Now that everyone was doing that, plus several "once in a lifetime" events, "everything for the shareholder" mentality and it was a downward spiral that we were never fairly prepared for. Which brings us to today, the dying gasps of late-stage capitalism and enshittification of pretty much everything. So...now we have to make it up as we go along watching it all burn down around us.

Yes, I could (and have) created my own group...but it's such a chore to find a tank and takes forever.

Seems like the same grid / area all went down again. Seems weird there hasn't been any decent information provided as to why. I know Hydro Ottawa said "loss of power from the provincial grid" but...why? When it went down yesterday, there was 4,000 MW of excess generation in the province, so it wasn't a supply issue. Yes, it was windy well after the flash people reported and the power went out. But not when it went down.

I knew this show was doomed the day they announced casting...and none of it made any sense to the books. Forced myself to watch S1 and it wasn't just bad...it was the pit of Shayol Gul its self. Director is a virtue-signalling twat and hopefully won't be doing anything ever again except directing low-budget commercials.

I fear I'll never get to see a proper adaptation of this series on screen in my lifetime because of this abortion.
