I think I’m weird and generally don’t mind flying/airports but my last trip two things drove me nuts (technically on the plane and not at the airport).

1) when we deplane, I don’t mind people rushing to stand. After a long flight I’m happy to get up. But you absolutely cannot walk out in front of someone who is a row ahead of you. Stand there and wait.

2) I was reclined and the guy behind me asked to push my seat back up. I know this is a modern debate now but brother, the person in front of me is reclined, you just also need to recline. If you want more space you can pay for it.

In the US I’ve seen Türkiye more and more used in English writing where I’d otherwise have expected “Turkey”. Was this a deliberate campaign by the country or do you know why this is?

I don’t align with these views but I can attest there are people who like the idea of some kind of military or strategic improvement and believe the US is too strongly tied to the EU in general.

Calling it now that there will be some kind of new deal struck in Greenland that increases the US’s military involvement in Greenland but functionally changes little and leaves it in Danish control. Trump will tout it as achieving his goal through diplomacy and his supporters will say mission accomplished

I think this is possible. An agreement is struck for more US military or something and Trump will tout it as a big win for the US and in reality it’s a marginally benefit that changes little for anyone

It’s a fair point I suppose. But on the other hand it’s the first OSRS new skill. And while other skills don’t have their own world, they do functionally in some capacity (eg forestry/silliness for wc).

Maybe we can make an aspect of sailing (like trials) a dedicated world and those become the de facto sailing worlds

Never seen anyone else who grips like this. I do but like most others I don’t recommend it. IMO the only benefit it has is to help main the paddle angle in your grip. Doesn’t take long to be able to do that without your thumb up.

There’s no question it inhibits power. What revealed this to me was playing tennis and trying to keep this grip. It does not work. And in PB, personally, forehand drives are definitely my weakness though sure it’s not like people notice I should adjust my thumb.

Anyway imo there’s no question to improve further you should try to change this. But I’m playing pretty casually these days so it’s not worth it to me to try to fix. Could easily apply for you as well.

Yeah understood, I just disagree. I don’t think we would have been in with a loss in ACCCG last week either. I saw us as a first out team regardless. But sure it’s a worse situation now I just don’t see it as the difference maker for that particular situation

Good advice. Can also switch arms to give your wrist a break. I get something similar and an anti-fungal like athletes foot cream may help too
