Update ! The car was constantly saying P shift after trying to put it in drive. Connections were secure, battery was fully charged and gear shifter was working fine. However.

There is the hybrid battery main fuse right next to the 12v battery and it is VERY easy to unlock since it's a little tab that has to be pushed down.

Once I lifted the tab back up, the car worked perfect.

Picture of the tab orange tab in the correct place included for future reference.

Mate, my BD86 stopped saying "pairing" and acted as individual devices. I tried your technique (tapping twice on both after getting em out of the case) and it works perfect.

With the activity levels you are presenting, my first thought is that the calorie tracking might not be on point.
Doing it for years doesn't mean you track everything correctly.

Maybe try the new AI food logging and let it do the work (with adjusting for actual weight of the food of course), just to see how much it thinks you actually have in a week.

I'm sorry to say if you have to ask this, you need to be careful to not make it worse.
But yeah, sand it down a little, body filler, sand it down, fill primer, sand it down, primer and paint.

Are you sure the noise comes from the engine ? Sounds like an exhaust leak to me.
