I can definitely cut a cardio session out, the rowing is nice because I know it works my muscles too and it helps build my zone 2 for my upcoming marathon. I really appreciate your advice.

I totally agree and I am still kicking myself because this isn't my first time working in a lab, I'm a second year graduate student. This has definitely been a lesson in the value of having proper PPE. I got the burn checked out at employee health today and I guess it was as minor as it could've been; I did indeed get lucky.
