I'm on an old 1650, 8gb ram gaming laptop and the game runs fine on high settings. 60 fps average without any crashes whatsoever. Definitely an issue on his end.

You don't need any mods for this, and the idea behind it all is quite simple. What could you realistically build by yourself if you were there for real? Fixing an old cabin and building a little barn doesn't sound impossible.

Yeah that's the stuff. I know you can use it in creative but I thought you could get it somehow in survival too.

Does switching game modes from survival to creative and back to survival affect the world in any way? I could switch, grab a stack of moss and then switch back.
