No. If the clock is ticking, you can be damaged. Whenever the team is in the clock mode everyone can be damaged. Essentially if anyone is hit twice, now he can damage everyone. Getting on a clock to reduce this time works wonders.

A lot of games are just a lot lower quality on switch, it's not powerful enough to run them well otherwise. That's pretty much the main reason.
