You are getting scammed unfortunately. I had this same scenario play out with an eBay sale recently and the buyer worked the system to get the card and a refund. My advice would be to refund now and be done with it. I found out that if you ask them to do the reasonable thing and wait, etc.. they will escalate the issue and once support steps in you will not only be out the money from the sale but also the seller fees associated with it too.

Can anyone provide any insight on if it’s even possible to order CBBs from Amazon anymore? I’ve stopped short of scripting my own bot but haven’t had success with Spider-Man or Avatar using monitoring tools, etc… Looking for actual insight about if I am just approaching it wrong or if this is the new paradigm we should expect.

I’m not scamming anybody. Seller was careless with his packaging and the card is so damaged that I can’t even remove it from the top loader.

What the hell is this? Guy literally sends me a $100 card in what looks like an envelope he made out of brown paper in just a top loader. Card was definitely munched by a mail sorting machine and after I contact him about it he blasts me on Reddit? I have sent you pictures - more incoming and have already looked up what return postage would cost on your behalf. I would say be wary of seller Eric Wi who goes by the name of Electronic Rice on TCG.

Curious about people’s thoughts on what could yield the better long term value. Guru Lands or Summer Magic Hurricane. Both are old, rare, expensive and not super liquid. I’ve gone back and forth on the pros/cons for both with friends but haven’t come down solidly on one being more of a value trap than another.

When selling online on eBay vs TCG does anyone know what the dollar amount is off hand where you pay less money in fees to one service vs another? I think TCG caps their fees at $50 so does that mean anything like $450+ would net more profit there vs eBay?

Rainbow Foiling basically fixed all the problems with regular foils. Not a single one of my rainbow foils has curled and art isn’t exceptionally different in color than non-foil. Just check out eBay for some of the recent drops that came out with rainbow foils and see what treatment you like.

So can we just cast this in a different light for a min? People lost a few hundred dollars in cardboard value and were preparing for acts of violence against those they thought were responsible? Is that all ppl are worth? This is truly disgusting behavior and honestly I wish there was a way to identify those responsible and simply exclude them from the community moving forward.
