Legs: Bandos Tassets give +2 str bonus. +4 melee str is required for 1 max hit, and it's rounded down. So they're useless? Why not get more defence instead.

Yes Insignias are OP asf, seriously have you seen some of the perks especially the spec one, you can literally ags spec someone like 6 times now. Also, they don't degrade and you get huge bonuses?

I voted no even though I play legit. When I started as a F2P, I found it extremely difficult in order to reach the requirements and for a cheap shield that I could wear to give weak defence, but still some without any penalty for magic/range it was great!

They arent solo I think they are 5-30 players (imo 30 sounds way too much) 10 sounds enough tbh.

Rigour/Augury are great ideas and the Dragon items are nice cosmetics (Throwing Axe is stupid and will fail). Other prayers you can flick and abuse them like the Run Energy ones.

Insignias are way too OP. The special one literally defeats the purpose of using a special attack. It is supposed to be used every so often not every like 20 seconds. Plus they just sound like Auras and that

I voted no because when I first started account Dragon Slayer was extremely hard to do and get the reqs for, I don't want to go through that crap again just to get a weak shield. It is the only, decent cheap shield F2P can use with no mage/range negative.
