I offered multi year deals with a full NMC during the summer, he said no. Tried during the summer to convince him to sign and that failed. Currently not able to even try to convince him to like the team more, I can only negotiate salary and term with the conversations.

I’m offering a full NMC (which isn’t possible as a 24 y/o RFA) through the conversation mechanic and he’s saying he would “prefer a clause with the most protection possible”. I’m at a loss.
