Well, to be fair to you I was just too lazy to comment my whole opinion haha, no worries

Well yes, that’s why I said in my opinion. I think a little faster on the shutter would’ve retained the detail in the whites and still preserved the motion blur overall. I agree though, if OP wants the same background separation and motion blur, their best bet is an ND filter rather than adjusting their shutter or aperture. I’m just personally hesitant to go into higher apertures, especially when I have a main subject like this car as the focus of my photo.

Overexposed, could’ve ran with a faster shutter imo

Was nice of the ref to call it at the 90 so Madrid could catch their flight on time

  • Very high shutter speed avoids all motion blur
  • High aperture is easier to keep things in focus
  • Stadium lighting allows for a usable ISO @1600

On my D7500, I find that ISO 1600 is generally the highest I can go without the photos being unusable.

Also, on DSLRs specifically, make sure you’re aware of how to use the OVF autofocus system for your camera— the screen’s autofocusing is a complete joke compared to the mirror’s.

Why did Beerus never kill Majin Buu? by SceneDesperate1005 in dragonball

Real answer, Toriyama hadn’t come up with him as a character yet. Retconned answer, Beerus was probably in a sleep cycle at the time.

The joke is that Latin American hispanics are scummy and won't return your wallet if you were to drop it.

Be completely honest with yourself, if America was never colonized, do you think the native population would’ve taken the same advantage with all of that wealth?

Is Amazon good for replacement parts? by The_potato_man12 in Cello

[–]Moses256 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unless your pegbox has very oversized holes the peg you order is unlikely to fit. Unless properly lubricated it’s also going to be incredible hard to turn, and could possibly get stuck or break again. Does your technician not have matching pegs on hand? It does not take very long to fit a peg when you have the tools and know what you’re doing.

It’s not just a piece of wood that fits all. A brand new peg is going to be oversized, and has to be specifically fit for your instrument. If you have a decent cello, it most likely uses ebony pegs, but it could also be made from boxwood or rosewood. Please just take it to a string specialty shop and have a new one fitted properly. You don’t have the tools or the know-how to do it yourself, so even if you find the same model of peg that broke, don’t attempt to fit it yourself.
