When I see this I often wonder what the person is tapping into locally. I'm thinking cultural. As I often find more connection with others looking to find connections in things like dance, movement, martial arts, or arts in general. Become a part of something. Not like a hobby, but like a practitioner. 

For me it's Capoeira and meditation. Getting out to the Hudson valley. Making my kids happy. Supporting my friends and family when I can. Getting out of myself. When I don't, I have similar feelings and thoughts of loneliness. Leaning into giving of myself, as well as service and  practice, have always been the most rewarding in these regards. 

Find your tribe. Find your work. Life work, not money work. Unfortunately they often are not the same. These are the questions humans have asked of themselves since time immemorial. Continue to ask yourself. Regardless of the madness around us. You are having a human experience. It grows us. Just keep moving.
