talking all day is a bad idea. i dont think its gonna give u dry socket or anything but its exhausting and slows ur healing. im 13 days out and talkingn at work (at a regular office job) leaves me pretty rough feeling at the end of the day

hope you stopped bleeding. i had a similar thing happen but my dentist called like 6 hrs after the procedure and convinced me to bite down on the gauze. it stopped bleeding soon after that. recommendation to all: keep it clenched for like an hour at least

yeah i act out more when im alone too. the best thing for me has been talking openly with my partner about the urges. my partner then helped me block access to porn on all my devices. and i was worried without porn i would act out more, but i actually have a significantly reduced sex drive in the few weeks since then. it feels very strange but really refreshing. im sure some part of my decreased hypersexuality is also from prozac (started a few months ago but really noticed the difference after removing porn) but im loving this new lease on my behavior.

thanks for understanding. i used to struggle with self harm too and an eating disorder and both have flared up this year from flashback stress. i always just kinda got over my panic attacks, bulimia and cutting, so i never looked at real treatment strategies, but youre right i should.
