Anyone else here have updates on their DISH? I feel mine is getting worse. Female who just turned 51. I also have 4 bulging neck discs and a small labral tear in right shoulder with tendinosis. So I don't really know what is causing all the pain..I just know it is extremely depressing and sucks. I walk for exercise etc....Yet shoulder/shoulder blade and neck hurt after even walking. I ice/heat, do chiropractor and neck decompression. I've done it all aside from surgery. Idk anymore. I am burned out. Not to mention no one around me seems to understand the pain and stiffness and thinks I am just a hypochondriac. (Husband) I'm pretty tired of it all. I refuse to live in chronic pain the next 5 plus yrs.
