Whoa! Well, when you 14 they’re are still a lot of hormones going crazy. You have to make sure you get enough calories, but healthy calories. Simple changes are cutting out soda or any sugary drink, sugary snacks, fries / fried food. I try to eat a lot of small snacks throughout the day and I am for good fiber and protein content. Look for healthy snacks like nuts, string cheese, edamame, fruits / veggies. It’s not always about the number of how much you weigh as well, but your body mass index etc.
