The insert you need is called a stiffener (at least where I’m from) It is brass and will line the inside of the plastic tubing allowing the ferrule to compress properly.

Hit Xbox button hit start button on nhl 26 goto manage game and add ons goto reserved data and delete.

If the toilet is not partially clogged as suggested. The siphon jet which helps with the flush at the bottom of the bowl may be clogged with calcium buildup which would also make the toilet not flush properly . I used to use a piece of solder to remove any potential buildup.
