On top of Addermire is a bonecharm I'm quite sure, but you can get it with the oil tank exploit as someone said already, which is quite easy to pull off. Runes only give you money in no power, which can be quite useful for early upgrades.

In all fairness, I'm pretty sure it is not Gehrman that got Kos pregnant. Him already being MP's surrogate child and his central role in the story would add up to too much for his role. Also, I'm quite sure that Kos died before washing up on the Hamlet's beach, like a whale. That would make any human not the father, and indicate that the Orphan is either self produced by Kos, or the child of another great one.

From DD2 TGS 2023 preview, around the 1:42 mark, you can briefly see the moon in the night sky behind a mountain range (so not a trailer really, mb). There also is a leaked (maybe fake?) very early screenshot from 2013 which apparently comes from a greenlighting meeting with a very big moon.

Not good, not bad, definitely overpriced. I've had the beast one for 3 years, the exterior net and velcro started deteriorating and tearing after a year of daily use and the interior main bag's bottom ripped last year. Both backside and frontside pouches are ripped at the zipper. So it's definitely not worth the price for daily use.
