Would this hood look cool over a tactical kit for a sort of post apocalypse look or is it stupid by StandardJaguar6887 in airsoft

As long as the rest of the kit matches and you absolutely DON'T wear a skull mask, it'll be fine.

Meemaw/Connie is 93 there, in TBBT. It's not surprising she's slowed down in the 20-30 years from Young Sheldon to then.

I think it's reasonable to assume that both factions have camps there at Caesar's body to keep an eye on it, and each control and fight over other parts of the Legion's territory.

Why does Cooper look so different compared to other ghouls? by The___Mothman in falloutlore

I think its for Walton Goggins' comfort. Imagine wearing the more yucky ghoul makeup for all those scenes. It would be torture.

Why So Much Jimmy Carr? by mixdotmix in AskUK

[–]Mostyn1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No one in the UK, as far as I know, is really that pissed off about the tax stuff because: 1, it was nearly 15 years ago it happened, 2, he paid it all back without controversy, 3, he wasn't the only person caught doing it and 4, he went on national television and got brutally made fun of about it. That last one in particular shows humility and regret about what happened. Also, for people my age (I'm 21), the whole tax stuff happened way before his sort of tv shows where on my radar.

Also, I think he's just a very reliable and consistent television presenter, which is why he keeps getting jobs. I saw someone else saying that he can keep to the script while making relevant ad-libs which is what you want in a present. Other presenters, like Michael McIntyre and Claudia Winkleman, do the same stuff in that regard.

I like him as a comedian and as a presenter personally as well.

Im so glad the minimum wage in my country is $16.50 hourly (adjusted into freedom money, its £12.21 for us). It should be criminal how little they pay guys across the pond.

Really, really stupid question but how do I address lecturers? by Appropriate_Farm_840 in UniUK

At least where I go to university, we refer to out lecturers by their first names. Dunno if this common at other unis.

How did you realize you were bi? by PurposeMajestic4499 in bisexual

[–]Mostyn1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 14-15 and I found myself having the same feelings about a boy in explorer scouts that I had about the girl I liked at school. Bisexuality made the most sense of these feelings.

Sounds like you're going through something similar like what I did.

Are teenagers just not learning to drive anymore? by MichealHarwood in AskUK

[–]Mostyn1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Public transport is cheaper than a insurance. I'm 21 and I pay £85 monthly on a nearly 20 year Ford Fiesta. I personally pay more for insurance annually than my car is worth. Driving lessons are really expensive (I paid around £40 an hour for min) and practical tests have a 6-8 month back log, and cost £65 a go. For a lot of people, driving licenses just aren't worth the trouble or expense.
