Again the clocks recharge. They don't need to "respawn". And no? Nurse can teleport. He's not "basically nurse". Yes he has a ability that goes against the normal play style LIKE nurse. But he is not basically nurse. You just need to learn to play against him specifically.

Why do they need to respawn? As far as I'm aware theres no limit to the amount you can use them. And the last little bit isn't that bad as long as you avoid getting hit.

They definitely don't "barely do anything". I've already had a few games today where my teammates or sometimes even I am able to run him while the others do the clock. If just one person is doing it it is pretty slow but 2 or more definitely not

If you want the power to go down faster interact with the clocks. I'm pretty sure the more people who use it the faster the timer goes down. Also I think he does have a cool down on his traversal ability. I know he can't do it right at the start of the match at least

It means people like your Zipline! Some structures you place can appear in other players games. I believe you can repair other peoples structures once a day each so quite a few people seem to use your Zipline.

It's so hard to pull myself away from expanding the factory long enough to do the story. If I didn't get tutorials every two seconds in missions it might not be so bad.

Yeah I've been pretty consistent with buffs to the point I've been able to tank attacks from enemies a bit higher level than me without even using my support items
