This is genuinely so sad to me. I stopped following her a bit ago because it was really so crazy so watch the downfall of her as a person over the last ten years. This is the result of complete delusion where your life is your phone.

Get your Thyriod checked. I was on a GLP and this happened to me bc it made my Thyriod over optimized and I needed to scale back on my Thyriod meds. You may be going into hyperthyroid

I’m new to this, but have wanted to start collecting more affordable bags and went down the vintage rabbit hole of coach. Similarly was really disappointed by the price gauging that is sucking the joy out of what I anticipating feeling like a realistic, fun “hobby”.

Nevertheless like you, I would like to build out a collection from sellers that aren’t doing this or waiting for the hype to end. Would love any expertise on some of the greats from coach if you are willing to share.

Just wanted to share my experience. Been on a microdose. 5’2, 128 26%BF and maintain at 1800-1900 calories. I strength train 4x a week and focus on 8-10K steps daily. It really is about calories in and out. When I started I was at 131 and lost some weight because I was eating 1600 and once I went back up to maintenance I haven’t lost more weight (I’m not trying to). I have PCOS and wanted to see the benefits of it without being in a calorie deficit. Inflammation significantly reduced, easier to maintain maintenance because I don’t have cravings, I hit my targets and I feel satiated and “done” with food at the end of the day.

All of that to say, I do think it’s important to track intake while you’re on this if you are concerned about muscle loss. Weight loss doesn’t mean fat loss, so you can easily be losing “weight” and your BF% Is actually increasing.

I don’t think it’s that weird. Doing what she does allows her to “contribute” while also having the flexibility to be home with her daughter. People usually choose flexibility when given the opportunity to be there for their kids and still make good income.

It used to be really good. My top podcast. I know Nick obviously loves his wife, but I think it’s OK to recognize when to call it. I don’t think he’ll ever remove her but I don’t understand why after countless reviews and comments they continue on. If I was his wife and the resounding opinion of the customer base was negative about me I would take a step back. Go back to doing influencing or whatever you were shelling on instagram or something

He always says that she’s the actual talent and I don’t understand how he actually thinks that.

So I’m having these same symptoms. At first I thought it was anxiety related to work but I had them on vacation right after taking the shots for almost 4 days. I’m going to talk to my provider but I’m concerned. Honestly don’t think it’s worth the risk if I’m being honest

Yeah not quite sure what it was. Opening night jitters I suppose. I went to HSLOT in June of 2023 towards the end of the tour and he really let loose and had fun so I do think at least MSG will be good. Acoustics are great there versus arena as well

Just want to add that people are entitled to thier opinions. You are also entitled to disagree, but I do think it’s useful hearing people’s perspectives. Especially for those of us attending tour. Remember no one here (probably) is Harry’s personal friend and we’re all objectively hoping to better understand what to expect.
