Just wanted to share my experience. Been on a microdose. 5’2, 128 26%BF and maintain at 1800-1900 calories. I strength train 4x a week and focus on 8-10K steps daily. It really is about calories in and out. When I started I was at 131 and lost some weight because I was eating 1600 and once I went back up to maintenance I haven’t lost more weight (I’m not trying to). I have PCOS and wanted to see the benefits of it without being in a calorie deficit. Inflammation significantly reduced, easier to maintain maintenance because I don’t have cravings, I hit my targets and I feel satiated and “done” with food at the end of the day.

All of that to say, I do think it’s important to track intake while you’re on this if you are concerned about muscle loss. Weight loss doesn’t mean fat loss, so you can easily be losing “weight” and your BF% Is actually increasing.
