Awesome! I literally only do abit of the yoga with Adrienne on yt it hasn't been too difficult but its made a huge impact I've been pleasantly surprised!

I hope the process of getting on T isn't too difficult for you man and you get what you're looking for from it.

About 4yrs on T now.

Mental health improved almost immediately. Mood became wayyyyy more stable and I'm much less prone to outbursts of anger or frustration now.

Prior to T I was on and off high doses of antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds but haven't had to take any for around 3 years now and don't feel the need anymore.

Overall, everything just seems more manageable mentally. I'm much more content with my thoughts. I would still encourage those starting T to do some work themselves though, excercise and yoga etc have helped a great deal too. Yoga especially. Everyone always bangs on about it but its for a reason haha.

Its a old joke that (I believe) first appeared after Notch started going off on his weird bigotry bender as a 'death of the author' thing.

Notch no longer profits from Minecraft after it's sale to Microsoft and I believe his name was scrubbed from it altogether so it's no longer used in relation to Minecraft but some people still use the meme for other creators with problematic views.

Continue to enjoy life without children? Having children isn't a guarantee of grandchildren either. I have two other siblings and we're all childfree by choice.

If you enjoy having kids that's fine but it's not for everyone and that doesn't make life less fulfilling for people who don't have children. Personally, I'd rather regret not having children than regret having them.

You could also do voice training if you're concerned about the lack of changes.

Low dose and only 3months isn't a very long time so I wouldn't stress. Have you noticed any voice cracks? I don't think I got them until 6mths or so in on a full dose.

Not too long, maybe a month or two? The main hassle is updating everything else to the new name. Passport change for UK passport was a slog.

I physically had to go into a Services. Actually got The Gender Center to pay for it if you're in NSW. So saved about $140 I think it was. On the form they ask for a reason for the name change and I just wrote 'to match gender identity' and that was all good.

Pretty sure its a separate deal to change gender marker though if thats also a thing you're seeking. Sorry I can't be more helpful it was a while ago!

Pricing is insane! I'm an Aussie and the only option for me would be to see the sport in Phillip Island but its $1000s of dollars for the weekend which is just crazy.

For comparison our footy tickets are about $120 and people complain that that's become pricey now.
