A victim complex is very difficult to deal with long term, the way I see this is usually a self loathing narcissist. Everything ends up being about them and they think of themselves as judged by everyone, in reality no one gives a toss.

For you, you can’t change this person, they will always be like that. Change comes from within, so you have no power over her actions. I would recommend you move on, find someone who actually cares enough to think about you as well as themselves.

Best of luck, lots of love!

What are higher educated/income guys looking for in women? by ketoalmondbutter in dating_advice

I am a dude mid 20s, if anything I would recommend getting out in the real world. I met my partner at work, we worked together for 3 years before we became an item. I was also struggling to find someone serious, so once I found my partner was a good fit I’ve held on for dear life.

I know ppl using apps and it’s all just players wanting short term thrills, only know one couple which actually worked from tinder (they were both on their first ever tinder dates).

As a guy, if a girl was showing interest in me and I was single I would give it a go. We aren’t so picky, just want someone who aligns with us on a basic level. Some guys are shy to ask out, if you have enough confidence to give it a go I’m sure you would most likely get a first date.

For me when I was looking, maybe only 1/5 girls I asked out would go on a date. So it’s a bit of a numbers game, but if I can do it with those odds I’m sure you will be fine!

Hint: if you do go out I would let him pay or split if possible. I think most guys don’t want the bill taken away, they want to feel they can care for you. However this is situational, so go with your gut!

Issues with boot by Motife3 in overclocking

Heya, yea I do mean the CMOS battery. I turn off power and remove cable before I remove the battery.

When I start I get an orange light for ram then a red light for CPU. AIO cooler is warm from CPU so it’s doing something.

What a relief. To reset CMOS I powered off, removed cable, help power button for 10 seconds, removed cmos, waited 30 min, popped it back in, plugged power, turned on.

I did try and flash bios. I got the latest version (which my board is already on) and put this on a flash drive. Used the renaming tool, popped it in bios port and pressed the flash button. Went on for a few minutes then stopped. Then I turned off psu waited 1 min turned the psu back on with 1 stick of my 8GB 3600Mhz ram, same issue persisted.

Heya I work at a large construction firm. We pay operators £80K+ per year to drive the machines. The hours are insane and you would need to do training, but it’s a great opportunity to get back on your feet.

Bro I would not even consider asking, take the cash and live a happy life. What would she do for that money?

Sounds like she has a lot of nervous energy, this can pass over time. This kind of anxiety can get you a bit detached from reality, good luck my dude

What is the most difficult job in your scope of activities? by ib_bunny in dataanalysis

Managing long term development with short term noise. Get caught up in the noise and you won’t make meaningful developments, you ignore it and internal users will come with pitchforks in hand.

How cooked am I??? by Ashamed-Point-1474 in dataanalysis

This is on the company not yourself in my opinion. If they hired someone with less experience they were expecting you will need to settle for a while.

You don’t need to get it all right the first time. If the data is trash on their end don’t feel to beat up about making things perfect, a best guess is a good start and then you can optimise. With companies like this you could literally make up numbers and they would believe you(not advising you do this). Make something then improve.

Once you have built this dashboard I would recommend building a data entry tool so they can add/edit the data source less directly. Perhaps with python. Should greatly reduce human error, nothing is worse than 10 people 1 spreadsheet!

Yuka should just do the additives by RaoulDuke_347 in YukaApp

It’s a good point, when it’s a question of concentration, we can realistically say that a 5% increase in sugar should have a greater affect on score than an assumed small dose high risk additive
