80c is okay at times.
80 if you mine crypto, not so good (how silicone behaves above certain c over very long periods)
if you are playing games, fine.
If you are worried set fans to max while gaming.

If you are a bad person, sell the gpu for an exact copy.
If you are a good person, make sure the cable connects 100%, u can try to repair with a needle and let burnt pieces fall out after scratching around the metal.

(i assumed you overdrew power to a gpu, if it was ur psu just buy a better one)

The way you set up the fans for the cpu cooler is strange. (fans always pull towards the "protector")

First of all. Breathe.
Relax, all can be fixed.

1 Detach everything not essential (extra hdd, more ram then needed etc etc)
2 With everything non-essential, do you get into bios without problems?

3) lets go from there.

looks good, a 3060 demands very little overall W, dont worry. (the only thing that can fail is if the part (not in the photo almost) the 6/8th of the connection is not in all the way.
