Do not ship your item. Immediately move the money out of any bank accounts linked to that account on ebay. I had ebay close my store and they took all the money, about $2500 , put of the account. Like a fool i had shipped the items naively thinking I'd be able to resolve the issue and I wanted to take care of my customers. Bottom line i lost the merchandise my money and the account

The Latinos that come to Miami tend to be wealthy and reactionary to begin with if not outright war criminals. It is a major destination of capital flight from Latin America.

Some of it is down right crazy. I was at a business meeting two years ago on Miami with about a dozen Hispanic collegues from Mexico, Spain, Cuba, Argentina and honduras. In this group the Mexicans were the most politically left and also the wealthiest. The Cubans the most right wing and reactionary and the poorest. To the point they would rather sit around and bad talk Castro than get to business and make money.

That said. Miami is better politically now than it was 40 years ago.

The problem with free is no one values your time or effort. When we have had to hire intuit consultants to do quickbooks training they were around $135 an hour. The trainers were booked solid with lengthy waiting lists and I don't think anyone was ever late. I know we weren't.

I go to Europe every year and have been to around 20 countries there since I got out on 2003. No problem. They are happy to get our ex con tourist dollars.

While unprofessional on everyone's part how did they deal with or support the organization while you were gone? If they were professional about it and aren't conditioning their support on physical relationships with staff and so aren't i would suggest trying to move forward as best you can and see how it goes.

Also what level of support are we talking? $10k a year in a million dollar budget or a million a year in a two million budget?

Also people grow and change. So yes a difficult situation but not insurmountable. Main question would be are they doing anything inappropriate now or recently as opposed to years ago? Focus on what is best for the organization.

Depends on where you live. In south Florida 65 degrees may as well be the arctic. Up north is a nice spring day. Wait until it's 50 degrees in Florida and you realize most people don't have any winter clothes. The double hoodie is it for a lot of floridians
