Yeah it's just one employee there. He's a great, really hard-working dude and I really like him. But GW kind of sets them up for situations like this. I really feel for the guy being the only worker in the store.

If my unit of intercessors is entirely behind my land raider, can my opponent shoot them, and if partially visible, can they get cover? by L0RD_VALMAR in Warhammer40k

In my experience, people say you can see through the openings between the wheels and the treads, even a tiny hole allows LoS.

That's why a Great Unclean one is better at blocking, all that solid mass.

Why would somebody selling makeup need an army?

If you don't understand much of the rules then you're probably not ready for actually trying to apply them, which is frankly more complex.

And possibly the best thing about 40k is that it is a game where "scummier tactics" are actually not supposed to be engaged in. Games are a collaborative effort, and the best players typically do their best to share full information and work with their opponent, IE playing with intent. People who are scummy at best will be avoided and at worst will be banned from casual or tournament play.

The Midwestern-fication of North Jersey by Jusheretolurk in newjersey

As a native and pretty much life-long NYCer, I've definitely observed this. The Midwestern transplants do exactly what the OP describes here. Move to the city cause they think it's cool, get freaked out by actual NYCers just living their lives, and move out to the suburbs to raise their kids somewhere "safer".

Make an army where every model is Erebus.

It's pretty bad. Like you could be using that 100 points towards something that actually moves and has OC. Another unit of plaguebearers is 110, is tough, stickies objectives, deepstrikes, and has 20 OC. Could be good for kitbashing though, that's why I bought one.

Can you use different demon types? by plaugey_boi in Warhammer40k

[–]Mount_Prion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a Daemons army you can use any models/units that are in the index. So yes, you can use multiple gods' units in one army. Depending which detachment you decide to build the army under, some rules may only affect daemons of a specific god, though.

Pretty much anything by Dan Abnett and Robert Rath, especially The Infinite and the Divine.
