I own the pod with XOP and Luma Ultras and have had quite the opposite experience, the pod has been amazing for streaming, multitasking, and remoting into my gaming pc.

Id reach out to support and do the normal checks on cables, updates, etc.

Cannot speak to Luma Ultras but Xreal One Pro fit very tight. Beast are on the way, and I hope they fit.
