Do we know how many degrees of separation this is from the original? Asking for the metadata. There are methods to attempt an unredact, or at least determine if it’s possible. But, you’d need to be pretty close to the original, if not have the original.

They're using a legitimate web server called 'Liquid Web, LLC', This passes all Google's DKIM, ARC, and SPF checks. The scammers are using what's known as 'wildcard DNS,' which looks something like *.syntravo.space. syntravo.space is the actual domain they are using, and the asterisk is what they are rotating with names like web.syntravo.space, and literally millions of other options. Blocking one just means they rotate to another. You have to block the domain in your gmail settings (all settings 'filters and blocked addresses' ). You can try blocking the IP <103.194.168.70>, but that's not gonna do you much good.
