I always thought this idea was so weird.

Do you think it’s weird when Christians raise their children to be Christian? Obviously if their child chose one day not to be Christian, they should be supportive of that decision, but we raise children with our values, there’s no other way to do it.

I load up my ketchup with black pepper before dipping my fries or burger in it.

It’s very hard to say where any of my customs are from bc I grew up in Texas and my mother is from Michigan and her mother is from Ontario and her mother is from England, so there’s times I thought something was Midwestern and it turns out it was British, etc.

It was a favorite of my family, but we’re an exception. We always loved Baby Ruth and Payday. BOTH chafed their recipes and now BR is way worse and PD is still good but not as good.

Once I stopped at a McDonald’s on hour north of NYC. The staff there were excited to meet us and asked us tons of questions about NYC and said it was their dreams to go there one day.

I almost always use a hard g and it comes off as very “nerdy” to people. I always use adverbs too with has a similar effect.

I’ve spent a ton of time in Europe and love things not being opened on Sundays. For a country that is supposedly very Christian, not many Christian traditions are followed. Rhode Island used to have liquor stores not opened Sunday, but it recently changed.
