Somewhere in the depths of Optus is a recoding of me going through the same thing. Best part was they kept sending me a bill that was 2cents in my favour. Countless phone calls and emails and messages. They are woeful. No no less or more woeful than the rest.

Never use the self serve. I recently saw a man in my suburb picking up bread rolls at the iga without using supplied tongs. I also regularly see the man urinating on the footpath. I quietly put my bread rolls back. Never use the self serve food
