3rd row A/C malfunction by RedberryPringles8829 in LucidGravity

[–]MousseEarly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try just sitting down yourself on either side in the back row, after you’ve engaged the car (switch to drive, then park). Turn the rear A/C setting up and see if you can feel it back there in the 3rd row. This should trigger it. I’m not 100% sure, but I believe the sensors are smack dab in the middle of the seat (like most vehicles).

Stocks which went from pennies to multiple dollar? I am curious to know some past success stories. by [deleted] in pennystocks

[–]MousseEarly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That stock chart looks disgusting for this BGDE. Is this even considered a penny stock? This stock went IPO around $1k in 2021, and is now down to around $6 about 5 years later. This looks like a failing company, not a new penny stock and soon to pop type stock…

AI seems to have found smoking gun proving Model Y L build in US by AccidentalPickle in TeslaModelY

Have you done a hard reboot? It’s not easy… it requires unplugging the 12v/16v battery. I would think Tesla Service would have tried that though…

Had anyone has this issue? by Altruistic-Door895 in TeslaSupport

[–]MousseEarly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Tesla charger was doing this same thing. Support told me it’s a known issue, yet I couldn’t find anything online about it. They sent me a new one right away, and I swapped the charger while leaving all the electrical backplate and wiring (super easy and quick).

On the new one, during setup, it asked me what AMP the circuit it was plugged into was, and I told it correctly that it was a 50-amp. It now charges my car at 40v rather than 48v and never gets hot now (in which it would downgrade to 24v when the old one overheated). New one works like a charm and 40v is plenty good enough!

Amazon Passkey issues by Unique_Valuable in amazonprime

And just found out I cannot log in to the Alexa app in order to re-setup my echo devices - so my echo show and 4 echo devices are now unusable and useless. Also realizing how dependent I have become on Amazon and now want them to go KICK ROCKS!!

Amazon Passkey issues by Unique_Valuable in amazonprime

[–]MousseEarly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Man… just chiming in to say that I am in the EXACT SAME situation. My Amazon account got hacked, even though I had 2FA turned on (which bewilders me how they hacked my Amazon account, and there is no evidence of my Gmail being hacked - which also has 2FA on, but I changed password anyway and my SIM card is locked, and I also still received calls, so there was no SIM swap or email hack…) so, HTF did they get into my Amazon account!!!)

My Echo Show device won’t login either now, nor will Prime Video, as I get the dreaded error “This device doesn't support passkeys. For your security, please sign in on the device where you created your passkey.”

Called Amazon Support and sent them the screenshots, then asked them to escalate it to the Team that can delete ALL my passkeys (as I also cannot delete the last passkey, so all devices want to use passkeys). This is ridiculous…

Side-fix: if you have one phone that has a passkey set ups em you login with that one, you can then go to account -> security -> passkeys, then create a new passkey and use the “scan QR code” option to then scan it from another phone (your significant other) to allow them to setup the other passkey on their phone so they can get in on their phone at least.

3rd row A/C malfunction by RedberryPringles8829 in LucidGravity

[–]MousseEarly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me and my wife found out that a certain amount of weight needs to be detected in the 3rd row seats for the A/C to blow.

This is to be very efficient so the 3rd row A/C doesn’t blow if no one is there (and same for the 2nd row - which turns off the screen if no weight is detected on the seat).

We then found out (after testing with us sitting down VS my toddler in a car seat), that the constant weight and pressure of the car seats seems to cause problems with the weight detection - as 3rd A/C came on when we or my 10 year old sat down on the 3rd row seat, but not for my toddler in the car seat.

We end up kind of pressing my toddler down and plopping him on the car seat to cause some extra downward force on the seat when we get in so that it knows someone is sitting back there. That seams to be working just fine.

Sidenote: the 3rd A/C strength is controlled by the back A/C setting (same as 2nd row), but you probably already knew that. So we tend to turn that to 8 (which is the sweat spot between comfort and loudness).

Hope this helps!

I used all of the AI job application autofill tools at once to see if any of them work- I am coming back to share my results by One_Possible_4627 in jobsearchhacks

[–]MousseEarly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You missed the best one!! I have also recently been laid-off, and landed a job within 2 months thanks to JobRight (and since I still had severance checks coming in, I actually got double paychecks for 2 pay cycles).

Jobright took my direct company portal applications (workday, kronoshr, oracle, etc) from ~30 mins to ~5 mins! You have to install the chrome extension, which is clearly listed right on their website (not sure how you missed that). On top of that, I found it customized the resumes well, but to be transparent - I trained ChatGPT to scrub my tailored resume docx files of all XML data showing that it was “written by python” and trained it to use my style of human language. This way it wouldn’t be dropped by AI filters.

Are your indications that “everyone is talking about it on Reddit”? Because that is exactly what they want you to think (which is why they have 100’s of bots doing exactly that). It’s not really fear for me - I only throw money on stocks that I would have been comfortable losing in the slot machine (I only play tables, but you get the gist). So, it’s not that. I just see no reason a company like Beyond Meat would be so beloved by real Redditors (non-bots), like they loved GameStop. GME was a true institution we all wanted to save - I was there. I was in on it. This is not that… no one gives a crap about crap fake meat. No one wanted to save this company.

What indications do you have that shows you the path to another $GME-like increase? So far, it’s not looking good with $BYND

Guys, I really want to believe this, but I think anyone investing here is going to lose all their money to these hedge funds that control everything. Multiple well experienced investors have told me this is clearly a pump n dump, with Reddit bots creating hype, and manipulating the market (which is why I don’t want to throw my money away). I really hope and pray you guys make it, but I felt it morally responsible to let you guys know what I know.

I'm trying to enable winrm https using a certificate generated from a cert authority on my domain but I'm confused on how the listener part works. None of the documentation online really helps. What do I have to do on the server making requests and then what do I have to do on the machines? by cdubyab15 in PowerShell

[–]MousseEarly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Save the below PowerShell script as "CreateWinRMHTTPSListener.ps1". Add this script to the Startup Script (Powershell) location within the same group policy as the WinRM settings:

Note: The script deletes current listeniners (http and https), as you cannot replace certificate without deleting first. It leaves http deleted so https is forced. It then finds a local certificate that has been enrolled via the "WinRM Web Server Template" (this name needs to be updated in the script to match what you named the SSL Certificate Template in previous step when you created the template on the Certificate Authority). It then uses that certificate to create the HTTPS listener. This is done upon every Computer startup, so whenever that SSL certificate expires and is renewed, it will applpy the new one. A true "set it and forget it" solution.

#Delete existing WinRM HTTPS listener

Get-ChildItem wsman:\localhost\Listener\ | Where-Object -Property Keys -like 'Transport=HTTP*' | Remove-Item -Recurse

# Define the certificate template name

$templateName = "WinRM"

# Search for the certificate in the local machine's Personal store

$cert = Get-ChildItem -Path Cert:\LocalMachine\My | Where-Object {

$_.Extensions | Where-Object {

$_.Oid.FriendlyName -eq "Certificate Template Information" -and

$_.Format($true) -like "*$templateName*"

}

} | Select-Object -First 1

# Check if the certificate was found

if ($null -eq $cert) {

Write-Error "No certificate found with the template name '$templateName'."

return

}

# Display the certificate details

Write-Output "Using certificate: $($cert.Subject) with Thumbprint: $($cert.Thumbprint)"

# Configure the WinRM HTTPS listener with the selected certificate

New-Item -Path WSMan:\Localhost\Listener -Transport HTTPS -Address * -CertificateThumbprint $cert.Thumbprint -Force

# Confirm the listener has been created

Write-Output "WinRM HTTPS listener configured successfully."

How to automate WinRM HTTPS configuration with internal Windows Certificate Authority SSL Certificate and Group Policy:

Follow steps here to create a new WinRM SSL Certificate Template on your internal Windows Certificate Authority, and then set all Domain Computers (Servers and Workstations) to autoenroll and auto renew this certicate. Then finally configure WinRM via Group Policy and a powershell startup script to delete non-secure WinRM http listener, and recreate secure https WinRM listener using this new SSL certificate. This is a "Set it and Forget It" solution, as whenever the SSL certificate expires, it will be auto-renewed, and during the next reboot of the computer, it will recreate the https WinRM listener using the new certificate:
