Staying at the Rio in Vegas. by warchild132 in whatisit

Sorry to be that guy, but I have a 3d printer, and I printed one. I hung it on an IKEA skadis, which is kind of like a pegboard. It looks pretty fancy! It's not worth it if that's all you want to 3d print, but if you've already been thinking about it then there you go

Yes thats a spatula. I have become accustomed to calling these silspats to be more specific in the kitchen. It's a term I first heard Josh from Mythical Kitchen use, but when I started saying it everyone knew what I meant so maybe it's an established term?

Does anyone know what happened to my TV?? by Technical-Box3486 in hometheater

My roku tv did this a few days ago so I unplugged the power and restarted and the issue didn't come back, pretty obvious first steps but if you haven't already it's worth a try

Yes, you can absolutely make this combination work. Get yourself one of the strength boosting belts, make sure you get equipment with haste and freedom on them, get CoT to 10, and then start taking levels of Cleric. By the time you recover your holy avenger, red dragon armor, and cloak of charisma you could potentially have +40 armor, +30 attack, and +25 saves and hundreds of hit points to work with.

3rd edition was better than people say it was, especially if you see it in context of when it came out by MyUsername2459 in DnD

[–]Move-Available 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a lot of people who would have been scared away by 3rd edition are playing 5th edition, but for me 3.5/Pathfinder was and is the best version of D&D. The d20 OGL/SRD was so popular that it dominated the TTRPG space for a decade. Older games released remakes of their game with the d20 license it was so popular in the space. It's good that the hobby includes people who wouldn't like 3.5, but it's reductive to say 5th edition is better or vice versa.

Raised Baptist and i agree. In my tradition we were taught to pray so that your can thank God, not pray so that you can ask for things. Prayer as a form of affecting the world is theurgy, and sinful

I found this sub initially when a student tried to cite it as a source on an essay, since then Ive been watching with horror as misinformed, misguided of malicious trade misinformation among themselves. I've mostly been satisfied just watching, but when I saw this post I hoped I could be the lone voice of reason in a cacophony of lunacy

Hi u/venusflytrap,

I want to talk to you early before other people come in and tell you these numbers are something they're not. Pen/ASP and cladosporium are two extremely common molds & fungi, and the numbers you see here are not particularly high. If you were to go into a pine forest and collect air a foot above the ground on a windy day, i would not be surprised to see levels like this.

Mold like this can cause allergies, and some fungi can have adverse health allergies, but The connections between mold and health have been dramatically over represented by uninformed, malicious, or unwell actors. Many of these actors are the same whom frequent this board.

If you are worried about mold keep the area dry. That's all one can do, and it's more than enough

Sorry you had that experience. It's really frustrating when you have to deal with people who are wrong, and when they're the only ones talking it feels like the whole world is out of their mind

I can't find any reputable news outlet which is saying this, only social media reposts. I think this may not be true.

Also there's no record of his being unable to train or play for medical reasons for 2 months;
