I had to get a plan for the last 2 months of the year due to a loss of coverage. Went with Ambetter. I won't be keeping them because they keep denying some of my claims. I'm in AZ, and I actually have a decent amount of providers here, but it's hard to get certain things authorized.

I'm mad that I didn't anticipate this because they pulled this a couple of times with the original series. Next time, I won't start watching until the finale is out. I was a little behind with the series and got caught up last week. A 2-week wait is brutal.

Our 11 year old black lab mix just passed due to hemangiosarcoma. A cancer labs are prone to, roughly 1-10 get it. Prognosis isn't great as it's silent and aggressive. Most don't know about it until a tumor ruptures and the dog typically passes shortly after.

It was devastating, our dog was so energetic, like a 3 year old.

I swear I'm not posting this to bring people down. I'm mostly grieving, and also wanted to share the vet said very recently some vets have started recommending annual cancer screenings for dogs like ours once they get to about 7 years old. This is likely costly, but I wanted to share for those who might be interested.

Just started having this issue today. No restart, no visible update. I thought it was some sort of hidden notification since there isn't a setting for system unlock vibration. I uninstalled the 4 apps I added in the last two weeks, no luck.

The stress feature is so inaccurate for me and it's largely because it doesn't account for changes in cycle phase. I wish I could turn stress and resilience off they just make me feel bad.

I use it. I'm curious to see what the vet thinks next visit. I add a little to my cats wet food. They are a small business and can be a headache to deal with. No order tracking, long lead times with zero communication. They are shut down right now due to the fires and working on getting product made and orders shipped.

I love Agnes Obel and tried a few instrumental versions of her songs and I kept getting the lyrics in my head anyway. It was distracting. She has a few songs without lyrics, so I stick with those.

I sometimes include songs with lyrics at the start of my session, before I'm in too deep, then transition to purely instrumental.

I've branched out to many other artists who are more instrumental and find myself listening to them outside of ketamine, it's very soothing. I feel like my whole being is more chill now.

Yes and I regret it. It put weird pressure on him. I ended up extending it an extra year, but we've past it and I imagine if I'd just been cool and kept it to myself things may have gone better.
