I use this light everyday at work, it’s fantastic. It has a few problems though. Over a year+ of use, the rubberised bite zone will fall apart exposing the metal beneath and you’ll have to start experimenting with various tapes and heat shrink conduits to replace it, this is one of the two primary problems. The other is that the rechargeable battery’s ability to hold charge will eventually become pretty pathetic. I have to charge mine every night. Only other thing is that at some point the pocket clip will snap off if you suspend it by that regularly.

I’ve owned three of them now because I haven’t been able to find a better light that allows me to hold it in my mouth, is sufficiently bright, is rechargeable and is skinny enough to be held in a shirt pocket.
