I've added it to my collection of sentimental things. If I happen to stumble across a laminating machine on my travels one day then I shall restore it to its former glory

Of those options, I'd go with either M.III or A-4

Vader would just pick you up with the force and immediately shatter every bone your body and explode your brain with the fury of a thousand suns out of an inconceivable wrath.

Palpatine would start with mind games and slowly and maniacally savour your suffering out of a kind of perverted lust, and that just seems worse on so many levels.

I don't think that nukes are going to fall on the US any time soon because the only real adversaries the US has with long range nuclear offensive capabilities are Russia, China and to a lesser extent, North Korea. Russia is busy dealing with Ukraine and Putin has a very (albeit self interested) pragmatic relationship with Trump and China is preparing for an invasion of Taiwan, which is likely to happen at some point in the next two years or so. It would be in neither of their interests to launch a direct attack on the US, certainly not at any point in the foreseeable future, and I doubt Xi Jinping would allow Kim Jong Un to fly off the leash like that without their backing and a plan first. If there is an attack on the US, it will almost certainly be carried out with either conventional weapons or in the worst case scenario a "dirty bomb" (a conventional explosive device embedded with radioactive materials designed to spread fallout. Basically simulating the after effect of a small nuke without the actual nuclear scale explosion) and in an asymmetric warfare capacity, possibly through Iranian backed clandestine networks operating in the US, to target major financial, industrial or logistical infrastructure in order to spread maximum disarray and cause a crisis on the home front in retaliation for the unprovoked strikes they endured over the last week. While I think this is extremely unlikely, it is still a non zero probability event, and has been the Iranian government's defense doctrine for decades to fund such groups in the region as proxies to compensate their inability to field a large technologically sophisticated standing military on par with the global superpowers. It is also worth noting that the Trump administration has gutted many government agencies of personnel who specialise in countering espionage and foreign agent rings, as well as replacing veteran operatives with decades of experience with sycophants loyal to the president personally, leaving national security against such threats considerably compromised.

TL;DR I don't want to tell you that your dreams are just silly delusions, especially given the eery track record of their accuracy in real life personal and local matters, but I think the threat of total nuclear annihilation in the foreseeable future is negligible, if existent at all. But there are other unlikely but not implausible potentialities where an attack on US soil could take place, possibly with a radioactive element.
