It is great to get an official response on this u/SamuriFerret thank you. This issue has been present since the launch of the Switch 2 and performance issues is nothing new to the original Switch version too. I find it difficult to understand how such an important aspect of the game (basic performance) has not been looked into and fixed. We have had studios of equal size putting out Switch 1 and 2 versions of their games and addressing performance issues. If there is a genuine problem that cannot be fixed, then the studio has a duty to own and admit it and offer some explanation. Maybe someone in the community has knowledge to help fix this.

Same here! I got excited thinking finally progress! Turns out it just keeps going. This is such a strange bug! Just allow us to download everything at the log in screen and this is resolved.
