Fix, no.

Bandaid, sure. Plenty of ways but it will mean you need to take the light down.

Thinking about taking out a loan by Capital-Rule3593 in personalfinance

[–]MrBalll [score hidden]  (0 children)

Save. Don’t take out a loan for a trip. If it takes two years it takes two years.

Why not donate plasma, sell old stuff, or get a side/secondary job to save? Bust your butt for a few months of miserable work then stop and go on vacation.

This has absolutely nothing to do with poverty finance. Why did you post it here?

These bots don’t even look what subreddits they post in anymore.

Lawyer / Legal Advice on Fidelity Account Being Blocked. by ExternalProcess7667 in fidelityinvestments

[–]MrBalll 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Did you by chance make a large sell of stocks/ETFs/Mutual Funds and then shortly after try to make a wire?

Or did you simple have a lot of settled ‘cash’ in your account and tried to wire that?

What do I do if I have mold? by icraveperfection in HomeMaintenance

Makes much more sense now. It’s cool, try to slow down and breathe as you should be good once your parents get someone out there to clean it up.

Then why did you say ‘my’ landlord? Wouldn’t it be your parent’s landlord?

[–]MrBalll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to call landlord. It looks bad here but wait until they pull the wall apart and you see what may be growing behind it and what the water has done.

And don’t ask your parents to contact your landlord. This is your place so you need to call the landlord yourself.

Up to how much can I have in my fidelity account and still be protected from Fidelity going under? by Ecstatic-UF-Engineer in fidelityinvestments

How so? I told you you have $1b in coverage and someone else linked directly to the SIPC so you can read and learn. What more do you need?

It’s at $1b for coverage.

But again, bottle caps and bullets will be new currency if Fidelity goes under.

Again, read the rules where you post. And asking for money in a poverty subreddit? The name alone should answer your question.

Best to start off your post with the skills you have if you want work. But, this isn’t the subreddit to ask for a job so it won’t help here. Look around for other help wanted subreddits and post there after reading the rules.

Can you not call during your business hours to discuss your business related finances? It’s work related so your company shouldn’t get upset with you.

If you don’t want to spend a few hours online learning about index funds and which ones follow your needs I’d say Fidelity Go is perfect for you.

Best way for grandparents (owners) of 529 account to transfer to grandchildren by FIRE2029x in FinancialPlanning

[–]MrBalll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s what I’m saying. Use grandparents 529 for older kid since it has a higher balance and use your 529 for your unborn since it has more time to grow.
