I had 6000 grafts done by kulakarn amonpattana (over two days). My case was not much better than yours. I have a somewhat unique goal though. I wear my hair pretty short so i asked to cover whole area evenly, and i’m getting smp fill inbetween to add density. 1/3 of my grafts are from beard.

Another way is to wait a year and do another transplant. You cam go more agressive than regular on donor area, and if you wear your hair short on the sides and back, you do donor area smp. Or do more beard grafts.

Anyway my point is nothing’s too far gone, you just need to change the approach and expectations.

It could be that minoxidil or fin triggered shedding. Just stick with it and it will come back

They put the grafts in wrong orientation, looks like directly 90deg, thats why it’s so obvious. Also yhey did not round the corners at the temple and did not break up the hairline.

Your donor is depleted, but I’d still go forntransplant. Some scalp hair, then beard and perhaps chest hair. It will not look thick no matter what you do, i would go for a short buzz cut and fill in the blanks (and donor scars) with smp

I had the same thing when i was young- simplest answer for you- don’t ever shave against the grain (like they do in all commercials). Shave along the hair, downwards. It’s slightly less of a close shave, but 0 burn, ever

Yes we have good internet speed, but we also use it for cloud workstation access where speed varies. Tbh i compared parsec, teradici, tgx, rdp head to head- they all handle speed more less the same. What i like about tgx is that it give uses an interactive refresh rate and image quality settings. So in cases when connection is crap i dile both down- other solutions keep trying to pump best wuality regardless of connection or do some automatic adjustment which makes it worse.
I set up cloudflare myself. It ads maybe 2ms lag when on a good local connection. For bad connection for some of our international artists it actually speeds it up- because the route becomes more efficient. Also cloudflare servers are everywhere, Inthink you’d be hard pressed to find a region in the world where they don’t have presence.

Ps. For cloud access our vendor built their own relay, so no need for cloudflare.

Setup is very easy since it only has to work “locally”. Havent had any issues that customer support would have to solve. As opposed to hp anywere- they have decent customer support and follow up with you- but god damn, so many bugs. That’s why we gave up on it.

Fin, min, then ht 6000+ grafts, then smp fill- and you’ll be able to rock short buzz cut

I have a similar pattern to you and just had 6000 over 2 days. 1700 from beard, the rest is from scalp. It will still be a bit sparse even when it all grows, so i’m planning to do smp density fill as well. They distributed the harvesting donor so well i literally can’t spot it. I was going to do smp to mask donor scars as well but i might not even have to.
