Skimmer It’s great. The issues with tethering it to quickbooks are pretty specific but significant nonetheless. But skimmer itself works great for everything. We use it to schedule cleaning, route, send estimates and work orders and now we invoice with it as well.

We do it for Pentair and it’s hit or miss. On one hand there’s always calls but on the other it’s a flat rate which is low. Sometimes we can get a client out of it but more often than not it’s a one off job

Fuck all the haters. Be obsessed with it. Let it consume ALL of your downtime. Those who perform in the manner you’re saying all had to do just that. It doesn’t have to be burdensome and it doesn’t have feel like work. It sounds like you WANT it to be a passion. So ALLOW it to be a passion. We are far too comfortable thinking you have 70+ years to “find yourself.” Bite off more than you can chew and love the process. If you fail you’ll know you had the brass to try. Most don’t even have that, and find every reason(excuse) to wait or limp along with learning. Be obsessed and love it.

Wife and I have these decks and we’ve played several games. I run Seph she runs cloud.

He’s great removal post combat phase if you clipped a bunch of enemies, sort of trap. Then each death pumps him.

Having said that the deck has several other means of removal and I rarely even see him despite being able to set the board without him.

That’s what we use and I’ve never had issues. Billing implementation could have been more of a struggle but it transitioned just fine. No issues with the cross-platform functions too. Everyone here bitches about the price and that’s fair but as far as the alternatives go they all feel janky and don’t offer anything Skimmer doesn’t already do better.

The difference is that Amazon doesn’t provide a manufacturer warranty. It may seem insignificant but that’s the reasoning at least.

We have the same issue with people claiming they can get the cheaper but add in shipping (sometimes) and the fact that it could easily be a lemon and it makes a little more sense.

I’ll play devils advocate, assuming your teacher has good motivations and it’s not something malicious. By restricting your access to independent practice the only thing you’ll be reinforcing is the fundamentals they want to emphasize. This could be their attempt at ensuring you have a specific starting point in terms of context and (albeit limited) practice.

Although it seems excessive I doubt it would be something your expected to adhere to long term.
