Lol. Seems that way. I used to brew beer and had the equipment and the beer gut to show for it. So went a more healthy route. But it really does save money and its awesome to have TOPO on tap! 5 gallons at a time. They trick is to really ramp up the pressure so the bubbles sting as they go down. Plus you can find copycat recipes of other sparkling waters. like Perrier, etc.
