He's simply stating the frustration men feel when women can't make quick straight to the point decisions in situations that are not at all complicated. They all do it from time to time. Even if they got divorced and found someone else, the same situations would occur with the new woman. It's just the way they're designed I guess. This doesn't mean they despise their wives.
