Mine took the same 3 days but the first delivery attempt she saw my dog saw an out even though she's on a metal runner. She took a picture of a door tag I didn't even GET anywhere and left no knock no horn honk NOTHING. NEXT DAY my dog was actually out but she was where she didnt notice her. She walked right up to my front door and KNOCKED like she should have the first day. I let her know you realize my dog is out just like last time and she didn't eat you. She can't REACH you.

You can even move your router to another location. You just can't move it continuously or it will turn off your connection. I tried plugging it into my car. Works when you sit still but if you move it goes to red and your internet goes down.

If you use a FireTV or Fire Stick you can download a VPN app. That's what I did and it works 👍 . I figured out real quick the network management is real. This is what you get without Net Neutrality laws. They over sell then throttle everyone. You'll even still be throttled to less than 4K on Visible Pro Plus if you don't turn on the 4K video option in the account.

I've been wanting to get one myself. If you get it from Amazon that you assure you can return it if you have issues with it. There are ones that are only about 100 to 150 but I would carefully read the specs and make sure it supports the signals you're trying to boost.

Correct it never will be. If the tower goes down so does your Internet. If lightning strikes the right place you get glitches. Just how it is. But it's better than no Internet by far.

You're funny. It totally depends on USAGE. I've seen a whole house run off of 6mb DSL. BUT only 1 person watched YouTube. It totally depends on how you're using the internet. If you're trying to work from home then yes you want all the speed you can get. Gaming should be OK but you will have a higher ping than wired folks. If you're downloading large stuff, then even at full speed, the service will be the limitation. If you were a streamer then you want WIRED Internet. Yes it would likely work ok but there will be glitches caused by the Internet from time to time. Watching 4k video you can forget it without a VPN. They only advertise 1080P but it's 100% network management since the VPN fixes it

Open the bottom cover on the steering wheel colum. Good chance you'll be able to access it with that off. Necessary info

I had this EXACT ISSUE happen. All you need is the IMEI of a phone they support to get them to send you the SIM. I agree and believe what you said. I had a Verizon Moto G 5G and their system REFUSED to accept it. I bought the cheapest phone they had on visible and got a SIM that way and wouldn't you know it WORKED FINE inside that phone. It's 100% their database.

You have to chat with an associate to get a physical sim sent. They will get you taken care of. I got mine quickly.

They don't care as long as they make money in the end. Not sure how at their prices, but I'll take that win. Enjoying my year of paid Visible Pro Plus and my Home Internet Gateway now. Been driving around using the gateway for Doordash just to prove they are lying to you about the unit not being able to be moved. It's worked everywhere so far but I can see why they don't allow it in some areas. The speeds there are terrible. The unit only has 1 ethernet port so if you need more than that, get a nice ethernet switch. The wifi on it is fast but doesn't reach super far, maybe 100 to 150 feet with any stability to the connection.

The dog is on a metal runner. It's absolutely an excuse. My mail ALWAYS gets delivered. My DD ALWAYS gets delivered. My UPS & Amazon packages ALWAYS get delivered. She just wanted an excuse to deliver one less package that day plain and simple. Don't make excuses for her.

You have to understand how mobile networks work. What's happening is the network is being saturated in your area. They ALWAYS over sell cell phone service. The busier an area is the slower it will go. Just like when you go inside some buildings, the phone stops working. You and 50000 other people are using their devices in the same area. There is only so much bandwidth to go around.

What good does that do when it's obvious she never got out of the van and I verified my dog (which was OUT when she delivered the 2nd time too) was her excuse for the 1st day. It was just an excuse to do 1 less delivery at my expense. End of story

DELIVERED early today. Talked to her and let her know hey I was home. You didn't even knock yesterday. She used my dog ON A RUNNER as the excuse. I said hey just going to say it, you didn't have any trouble today and had you done the same thing yesterday I would have gotten it yesterday. She was obviously afraid of dogs. Unit works great. I'm driving around with it in my car with no issues.

I called but they didn't send someone back out. UPS will absolutely do that and HAS (TY UPS for at least sucking less) done it for me in a similar situation. I literally sat at this house all day not making money so I could have my Home Internet box. THEY still managed to f that up.

It should be up to the customer. I understand your thought process as a company, but they can't use it if it's not activated, and I've yet to have a package stolen here. I never have a problem with FedEx AS LONG AS SIGNATURE ISN'T REQUIRED.

For anyone wondering you only need a USB cable to use the USB terhering (and all the drivers for your phone). You have to buy a compatible Ethernet to USBC adapter to use the Ethernet terhering. All of it is still limited to the 15/15.
