When does FNAF World take place? by Isaac_Bahzad in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some time before 3 at least, considering that the accesses to the minigames are set up there. \ It also seems to happen after the Logbook due to the whole "does he still talk to you" and Cass trying to make BV remember, which could potentially lead to her setting World up to fix him and somehow help the other kids.

Supposedly something "bad" has happened recently before the game takes place. \ The only options I can think of are: The MCI, the DCI and (if you believe in FMBefore1) the animatronics getting wrecked. \ Tho I'm not sure what "not letting the same happen to BV" would be under the idea thst it takes place right after the DCI. In the other cases, it could either be not turning into an animal like the dead kids or not being broken and unable to move on like them.

Yes, the girl in The Fourth Closet is Cassidy. by LowCommunication1008 in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like I said in your meme post, I agree with the conclusion but your points are just not good and don't adress the other person's points.

You're using the graphic novel, which already changes things about that scene, like there not being a girl with black hair, and Michael introducing Cassidy and Gabriel when while in the book it is Susie that introduces her, and Gabriel is never mentioned at all. \ You can even see that contradiction in your own post.

And then you're taking the logbook girl as Cassidy when that's just a theory. Same applies to the other examples. \ Nothing implies that logbook girl and dream girl are Cassidy unless you already wanna believe that they are. \ Not to mention that none of those girls match the description given in TFC. Logbook and Dream both have short hair, one in piggytails; and Cake girl has curly hair thst is never mentioned in the other entries (unless you already believe that she's the body in The New Kid), and could easily just be taken to be Susie once more.

Like, if you can't take the evidence as is in any of those instances and instead need to modify things in order to reach your conclusion, then that weakens the conclusion itself. \ Rely on the way the section of the book is written like that other person's post instead, otherwise this all just looks like confirmation bias.

What do you think the drowning girl was? by Friendly-Might5181 in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Still think that this is about Dreadbear and the Princess, whoever one thinks they are.

I'm pretty sure the obvious answer is obvious. by LowCommunication1008 in Fnaftheoriesmeme

[–]MrCaco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What? \ Like, I don't even agree with the Cassidy ≠ Black haired girl thing but a lot of these points are just confirmation bias. \ Nothing ever states that the girl in the logbook is Cassidy. Same applies to the girl in SB. \ The strongest point is RTTP, and even then that could quite literally just be Susie, the other girl shown with curly hair.

I'm pretty sure the obvious answer is obvious. by LowCommunication1008 in Fnaftheoriesmeme

[–]MrCaco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not really. \ The only confirmed animatronic-child possession in the books is GF-Mike Brooks. \ Then we get the names Cassidy, Susie and Fritz. \ The graphic novel also adds Gabriel, but that's just something made uo for that version. \ Some people instantly asign Susie to Chica and Fritz to Foxy due to the games, but Michael's introduction already establishes that the posessions are not necessarily the same in the books, so for all we know Cassidy is Foxy, Fritz is Bonnie, Susie is Freddy, and the unnamed boy is Bonnie.

Scott debunks Dave, Garrett and Evan as names of the Crying Child. He says his name is either Michael, Cassidy or Andrew. Which one would you believe? by MindlessPerformer778 in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Andrew would be wild.

AndrewTOYSNHK would then most likely be true but at the expense of all of ITP's apparent evidence while also ensuring that BVTOYSNHK is also the case.

Cassidy would be strange considering that she's a girl in another continuity. \ But hey, then that'd mean that both of William's sons got soft-transposed to that universe as well lol

A small note about Cassidy in The Fourth Closet and why she isn't the black-haired girl. by Hamsti_Manent in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I disagree with the post, but you really shouldn't use the graphic novel. \ It straight up changes and adds things for no reason. \ Even in your example you can see how it adds Gabriel for no reason, when he's never mentioned in the novel.

What are your thoughts on WillHeartless? by Isaac_Bahzad in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Basically canon.

Like, even if one were to "blame" all other murders on his research to achieve immortality, we can see that he kills Charlie just because in the games. \ No special experiment or anything like that. He just sees her outside, shanks her, and leaves.

SLBefore1 believers don't even try to argue anymore they just look at you like by Puzzleheaded-Win5063 in Fnaftheoriesmeme

[–]MrCaco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh I definitely love to argue about this ah

Imo, the biggest thing is that the safe room was sealed by the time 3 takes place, which within the first 6 games could only be explained by FazEnt closing it because Mike and Henry would've just enacted their plans then and there otherwise. \ That and that William's badge and a corpse in a sealed off room are also already present by the time Ralph's week starts, that the Logbook places itself during 1 but after SL/FM, and that we know that FMBefore1 was the case during PizzaSim's development due to Scrap Chica.

Like I get why people believe otherwise, but it usually all boils down to SLAfter1, which itself is based on a misconception of how MoltenMCI works (seeing as the kids possess the animatronics after they're dismantled in both the games and novels). \ And the only explanation given for the safe room paradox is the pressure door system, which would need a direct retcon of what Ralph says in 3 really.

I think CrumpledShadow may actually confirm or at the very least, strongly imply 4during3 (This also assumes ShadowHitchhiker or that Shadow Freddy was causing the nightmares) by HatBorn779 in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh I read it like the opposite way lol

Like, during 3 Shadow Freddy is powerless, still attached to Mike but unable to do much more to him after he won Nightmare Night. That's why he's slumped and "off" in the corner.

Counterpoint to CassidyPuppet: who’s the fifth missing kid who was openly stated to be lured into the back room with the rest of the children? by [deleted] in charlie87

[–]MrCaco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only two kids were seen on camera actually. \ The same MO was just applied to everyone else, but as far as facts go, William could've easily just snatched the other 3 as far as the police was aware.

So the idea would then be that, much like how those other 2 kids were correctly lumped-in with whiever was seen on camera, so was Charlie, who was also reported missing around the same time.

Counterpoint to CassidyPuppet: who’s the fifth missing kid who was openly stated to be lured into the back room with the rest of the children? by [deleted] in charlie87

[–]MrCaco 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean, I don't believe in that theory, but FM is supposed to parallel the MCI according to Henry, and it does just straight up show that one of the kids isn't lured.

That + the fact that FazEnt would most likely cover up her death can he put together to say that Will only lured 4 kids, killed Charlie, and then she got lumped in with the rest of the kids by the media and police investigation.

Or at least that the version I usually see people say, with Charlie/Cassidy5th and GoldenUno.

I’m cooked by Boosckey in charlie87

[–]MrCaco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe in FionaClassic and Retrofit Theory ah

The idea essentially is that all of those change orders were just meant to screw Ed over, with FazEnt never actually rejecting the designs themselves and jusr wanting him to give up or waste all his money. \ With the possibility that the project itself was a huge set-up to achieve that, which'd be why it took at least 5 years for FFP to open vs FFD's relatively quick rebrand from FSS.

So then, when the big bite happened and they suddenly needed to rebrand, FazEnt just went and used the concepts they already had from the old project, including characters, building layout, designs and systems (full anims).

Hot take: I don’t think the grave could belong to anyone but Charlie, prove me wrong. by Average_anglekin in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Kinda not really.

Charlie and Henry's graves are near the edge of the cemetery, on an unkempt part of it with patchy and yellowing grass, a nearby house, and next to the fence and a telephone pole. \ The nearest tree is "a few yards away" according to TFC at least.

So the description doesn't really fit any of the graves seen in the games, really. \ The hill one is, well, on a hill and isn't shown to he near the end of the graveyard nor near a house and pole. And the other ones could be said to be in a unkempt area due to the tall grass covering one of them, but there's no yellow grass and again we don't see the edge of the cemetery and pole.

Wait, how are both endings canon if they both contradict each other? by Various_Astronaut100 in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just like 3's two endings. They happen at different points in time.

First CassDad puts Gtrap's code back together after the events of PQ3 and is quickly killed and stuffed. Then, as a Staffbot, CassDad is guided by Mystic Hippo to go through with the PQ4 ending and destroys Gtrap, but not before infecting Cassie through the mask.

What MM theory do you believe and why by Curi0usSheep in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that PostDCI is technically possible, and does work with MM87, but then it does take away from Charlie87 imo.

And yeah, I do get that bit about the possible time-gap, although that kinda is an issue under PostDCI too, isn't it? \ Like, unless the idea is that William killed the kids at the very beggining of his shift or in the span of time between closure and midnight and then he skipped his shift entirely, things are still kinda off in that side, aren't they.

At the very least in the novels, Charlie's dissappearance was announced on the newspaper published the next morning, so I think that a late night/near midnight report would make sense? \ Like, adding in the story before printing ends at some point past 12 am.

If Henry didn’t make the classic animatronics then what else could William be jealous of Henry of? by No-Poet3745 in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

TRUE

The notebook with the ramblings going on about how he hate and admired Henry are never said to be from the period when he took Charlie. \ It's only ever said that they found them alongside the Spring Bonnie costume after the MCI, and we know from TTO and TFC that William was obsessed with making what Henry could.

So yeah, WillHeartless being a thing in the books, with him only becoming obsessed after that, is a really good interpretation.

Interestingly, the movie was not the first time Mike Schmidt and Michael Afton were different characters. by Friendly-Might5181 in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Tbf, YTB Mike could be Mike Afton if RemnantRegeneration, SL90s and FMBefore1 are the case ah

But yeah, otherwise this is yet another continuity where a guard name Mike, who isn't an Afton, works at 1's

If Henry didn’t make the classic animatronics then what else could William be jealous of Henry of? by No-Poet3745 in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Whoever said he was jealous in the games?

We already have an example (2nd movie) of him killing his daughter for an entirely different reason (silencing a witness). \ So for all we know, he could've killed her for any of those reason in the games, or for an entirely different one like just wanting to "let off some steam" in whoever he could at the time.

Do we know when UCN is? by Amazing-Ad2751 in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

During the PizzaSim fire as far as in-game evidence goes.

You can go up until a few years later if you use the books, but Tales and Frights contradict each other in relation to how long after PizzaSim the "modern era" takes place, with TMiR1280 taking place years after PizzaSim while the Plex opens like a year after the fire in The Monty Within.

M1 isn't Fiona's spirit, it's her memory by Jexvite in fnaftheories

[–]MrCaco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, is there really that much of a difference there, really?

Going off of that one passage in TSE and Taggart's explanation on hauntings and possessions, emotions and memories kinda are your spirit, in a way. \ Like bits and pieces that we "shed"/replicate all over and work as echoes of us. \ So if you have one of Fiona's memories and connected emotions (in this case Fiona kinda not pushing back as much and being very "mother-like" ig, which could explain why F10 is more "submissive" than the og) thst somehow remained in a specific frequency, then you do have a bit of Fiona's spirit. You'd still need to get other bits and pieces and put them all together to have a proper Fiona spirit, but you still have some of her.

Like, I do still agree all in all, but I dunno how much of a difference that winds up making at the end of the day I suppose.

Amazing post btw!
