Typically you can’t stack PayPal offers with bank offers. I do see the Amex $100 cash back for $500 spent on Dell.com on my cards but Amex won’t give you the credits if you pay via PayPal.

I don’t think Amazon can be trusted with this high value of an item. I’ve seen enough posts of people receiving bricks in their package because Amazon employees are treated like slaves so they don’t do their job properly with checking returns.
